1. Project Overview
As part of strengthening the company’s visual identity, I designed 10 office banners for Expert Business Solutions. The goal was to create inspiring and professional wall visuals that reflect the company’s brand values and ERP software solutions, while also bringing energy and color to the workplace.
2. Challenge
- Ensure banners stay consistent with the company’s branding.
- Use the eight brand colors from the logo across 10 unique designs.
- Design banners that are clear, bold, and readable in large format.
- Create visuals that motivate both employees and visitors, highlighting the innovation of ERP solutions.
3. Design Process
- Concept Development — Each banner was planned around a theme (ERP modules, company values, new features, innovation, teamwork).
- Color Strategy — Applied one or a mix of the eight brand colors per banner to ensure variety yet consistency.
- Typography & Layout — Large fonts, clean spacing, and simple messaging for maximum readability from a distance.
- Review & Refinement — Adjusted color balance, proportions, and placement to ensure harmony across all 10 banners.
4. Outcome
- A set of 10 visually consistent banners that brighten the office and strengthen the company’s brand presence.
- Enhanced the workplace environment, making it more engaging and professional.
- Delivered designs that are scalable for print and digital use (future exhibitions, events, and online campaigns).
5. Reflection
This project demonstrated the importance of translating digital brand identity into physical space. Designing for large formats required me to focus on readability, impact, and color balance, while still keeping the banners creative and aligned with brand guidelines.
